About HENOHEALTH
HENOHEALTH is inspired by Yang Shen Fa — the Taoist art of maintaining health and increasing longevity practiced for over 5,000 years. This philosophy teaches that true health comes from living in balance, caring for the body, mind, and spirit as one.
At HENOHEALTH, this ancient wisdom is combined with modern scientific knowledge of anatomy, sport physiology, training methodology, and active rehabilitation to help seniors maintain mobility, strength, and independence.
Health challenges often come from a mix of environment, emotions, lifestyle, diet, and aging. Our approach restores balance through targeted movement, mindful exercise, and functional rehabilitation designed specifically for older adults.
