TUINA CHAIR MASSAGE
Gentle, therapeutic chair massage inspired by traditional Tuina method, designed specifically for adults 60+. Accessible to anyone, no oil , no undressing all from the comfort of a seated position.
Length: 60-45-20 minutes

Location: In-studio / at your residence (if applicable)

MEDITATION & QI GONG
Gently, guided Qi Gong movements combined with calming meditation to improve balance, breathing, circulation, and overall well-being. Designed especially for adults 60+, these sessions support both physical vitality and mental clarity.

I believe everybody tells a story
I began by watching…watching how people over 60 moved. How they got up from a chair. How they carried their groceries. How they protected a sore knee without even realizing it. How they breathed a little more shallow each year. How strength slowly turned into caution… and caution slowly turned into limitation.This work is inspired by the belief that aging is not a decline — it’s a transition. And with the right guidance, it can be a strong, confident, and independent chapter of life.
That’s where my work started.
I saw that most exercise programs weren’t made for them. Too fast. Too hard. Too intimidating. Too focused on appearance instead of ability. And I knew there had to be a different way — a way that respected the body’s history instead of fighting against it.
My path led me to blend several worlds together.
Personal training — for strength, balance, and confidence.
Active rehabilitation — to restore what pain and time have taken away.
Tuina chair massage — to release tension and restore natural circulation.
Qi Gong and meditation — to reconnect breath, posture, and calm from the inside out.
Eastern and Western approaches meeting for one purpose:
